Refund policy
This Return Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Covolo Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on covolobrand.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Return Eligibility
At Covolo’s sole and absolute discretion, full-price items purchased on covolobrand.com may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if a return request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.
Returned items must be received within the approved return window and meet all of the following conditions:
- New, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of damage, stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, or signs of wear
- All original tags, labels, and packaging fully intact
- Each item returned individually in its original clear polybag
Failure to meet any condition will result in rejection of the return. Rejected returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale
All items marked “Final Sale” are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit under any circumstances.
Inspection & Discretion
All returns are subject to inspection. Covolo reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility, condition, and approval of any return. Approval of one return does not establish precedent.
Processing
Approved returns may take up to twenty-one (21) business days from receipt to process.
Shipping & Fees
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Covolo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Domestic Returns (U.S.)
Domestic returns must be initiated through the Covolo Return Portal using the provided prepaid label.
- A $20 USD restocking fee plus $3 USD per item will be deducted from refunds
- Orders returned in full that originally qualified for free shipping will incur an additional $20 USD shipping deduction
- Restocking fees are waived exclusively for approved exchanges or store credit
International Returns
International orders are eligible for refund only on full-price items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- No exchanges or store credit
- A $35 USD restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility
Policy Enforcement
Covolo reserves the right to modify, enforce, or deny returns at any time. Excessive returns, abuse, or suspected fraud may result in refusal of service or account restrictions.
