Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Covolo Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order on covolobrand.com, you acknowledge and agree that this policy, together with the Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement governing shipping, delivery, and risk of loss.


U.S. Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Covolo does not ship on weekends and does not offer Saturday delivery.

Please allow two to three business days for order processing prior to shipment, in addition to the transit time selected at checkout. Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during promotional periods, limited releases, or high order volume.


Domestic Shipping Rates

UPS Ground Shipping — $15 USD
UPS 2-Day Shipping — $35 USD
UPS Next Day Shipping — $55 USD

Rates apply to U.S. domestic orders excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.


Order Verification & Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information exactly as it appears on file with their payment provider. Covolo reserves the right to hold, cancel, or delay any order pending verification.

Verification may require additional documentation or customer confirmation and may result in shipment delays. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping address accuracy. Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer are considered correctly delivered. Any delays, rerouting, or reshipment resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.


Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Title to and risk of loss for all purchases pass to the customer upon Covolo’s transfer of the shipment to the carrier. Covolo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the package has left our facility.


Stolen, Missing, or Lost Packages

Covolo is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Once delivery confirmation is provided, responsibility for the package transfers fully to the customer.

The following circumstances are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen
  • Theft after delivery, including from porches, mailrooms, concierge desks, or front desks
  • Delivery to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs
  • Failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure locations and monitor tracking information closely. Any claims regarding delivery issues must be directed to the shipping carrier.


Policy Enforcement

Covolo reserves the right to modify, enforce, or interpret this Shipping Policy and the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any exceptions made are at Covolo’s sole discretion and do not establish precedent.
